(AsMA) 87th Scientific Meeting - April 24-28
Get the latest in scientific advances and research in Aerospace Medicine at the conference at Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey from April 24th through 28th. This is where the leaders in aerospace medicine present the latest research, and you can learn everything from aviation medicine history, to the latest human experiments, to the medical aspects of missions to Mars. There are also several official luncheons, SUSNFS official events, as well as the Annual All Aeromedical Evening Social (see information below). 13th Annual All Aeromedical Evening Social
- April 27th
The evening social will be held at 1800 on Wednesday, April 27th at the Absecon Lighthouse in Atlantic City, just a couple miles from the annual Aerospace Medical Association conference at Harrah's Resort. Cost is still being determined based on potential sponsors, but we predict $30 or less. Tickets should be available here by April 1st. The event features a New Jersey hoagies, fresh raw oysters, and locally brewed beer from Tun Tavern! You can climb the 228 steps to get to the top of the nation's third tallest lighthouse, to see the original first-order Fresnel lens, first lit in 1857. The lighthouse keepers museum and gift shop will also be open. Tickets will only be available at the SUSNFS web site beginning April 1st, and at the SUSNFS geedunk table at the conference, and they typically sell out fast!
